Tulum jungle Community

Built over 100,000 square meters, the property is divided into 3 different types of areas. Those selected for residential lots, those for jungle preservation and then others for communal use. Our hope is to create an environment of people who live their lives with an overall love of the Earth and with an awareness of their impact on it. While maintaining a sense of privacy and solitude, public gathering areas will provide additional benefits and the opportunity to create an even stronger community.

Public gardening spaces are the perfect place for those who wish to harness the wealth of nutrients from the rich black dirt of the Rivera Maya where seeds seem to beg to sprout. A composting area for the whole community provides decedent compost while sparing our beautiful land with the abundance of organic materials that make their way into landfills or into the beautiful Caribbean Sea. A large central palapa creates the perfect spot for a morning yoga practice or an afternoon BBQ. And a large open space allows plenty of room for sports and recreation activities.
